The Scheme sets out the provisions available to support members in carrying out their parliamentary duties, and the principles and rulesmembers must abide by in making a claim for reimbursement under the Scheme.This Scheme is issued and administered by the SPCB with the purpose of ensuring the regularity, conformity and propriety of the management of public money and resources, which the SPCB is accountable for under the Scotland Act 1998.
