That the Parliament congratulates Teddy McPhee on being named a Young Heart Hero at the British Heart Foundation (BHF) Heart Hero Awards 2024, in recognition of his incredible strength and bravery; recognises that Teddy, who underwent open-heart surgery at just four weeks old, has shown remarkable resilience in the face of congenital heart disease; understands that Teddy was born with aortic stenosis, a condition in which the aortic valve narrows, preventing blood from flowing properly from the heart to the aorta; notes that, despite the challenges, Teddy has thrived and is now a lively two-year-old; commends his parents, Gillian and Robert, and his brothers, Robson and Bradley, for their unwavering support and dedication; acknowledges the family's efforts in raising awareness and funds for the BHF, including mum, Gillian, and eldest brother, Bradley, completing the 27-mile Kiltwalk in 2024, and celebrates Teddy's inspiring journey and the hope that he brings to others facing similar challenges.
