Allied Vehicles Glasgow Donates Christmas Gifts to Local Children

That the Parliament congratulates Allied Vehicles staff on donating almost 300 Christmas gifts to the North West Children and Families Team based in Possilpark; understands that 2023 marks the fifth consecutive year that the company has pledged to provide support through the Glasgow Spirit of Christmas campaign, which launched in 2014 and supports underprivileged children by donating Christmas gifts to those living in hardship and poverty; notes that, as well as 279 presents, six bikes and helmets were also delivered to the group; understands that the bikes have found new homes and that staff have also been distributing all of the gifts to the families concerned, and acknowledges Allied Vehicles' dedication to supporting so many children local to its Possilpark headquarters.
