That the Parliament congratulates Dollar Horticultural and Garden Centre, with Dollar in Bloom, on being awarded a Level 5 Outstanding Certificate by Keep Scotland Beautiful at its annual seminar; understands that the organisations have been recognised for their extensive work to improve Dollar for climate, culture and people; notes that they also received a Certificate of Distinction for displaying continuous improvement over a four-year period as part of the It’s your Neighbourhood initiative, and wishes all concerned best wishes for their future endeavours.
