That the Parliament congratulates East Stirlingshire FC on all of its work to promote environmentalism throughout the 2023-24 football season; understands that East Stirlingshire aims to be carbon neutral by 2035; further understands that, during this season, East Stirlingshire is offsetting carbon emissions from travel by players and board members, planting trees for programmes sold, and using recyclable material for all new products on sale; appreciates what it sees as the positive role that football plays in bringing about social change, and wishes East Stirlingshire FC the best for its on- and off-the-field performance this season.
