That the Parliament applauds the generosity of individuals and organisations across Stirling, who have donated thousands of toys, gifts, toiletries and clothes to the Stirling Observer’s 15th Christmas Give A Gift Appeal in aid of Stirling's most vulnerable families; notes that donation points were set up across Stirling, including at Morrisons, Nationwide, Waitrose, Stirling Albion Football Club, Barber Co in Stirling, Intrepid in Aberfoyle, Andrew Anderson & Sons in Balfron, Jintz Express in Bannockburn, Tesco Express in Callander, Beech Tree Cafe in Dunblane, Tesco Express in Fallin and Andrew Anderson in Raploch; understands that the donations were distributed at the Muir Hall in Doune to local partners, including local charities, women and children's welfare organisations, community councils and social worker who will then distribute the gifts to their service users and children in their communities for Christmas Day, and praises the enormous effort of all staff at the Stirling Observer who have run this appeal for 15 years.
No division on record. Either the chamber agreed this motion without a vote, it was withdrawn before debate, or it predates 2011 — vote-by-vote records only run from then.

Possible final motion text as originally lodged

No carried amendments applied

This is a computer’s best guess at applying carried amendments to the original motion text. It uses simple text rules for phrases such as “insert at end”, “after X insert Y”, and “leave out from X to end and insert Y”. Treat it as an aid, not the official motion text.
