That the Parliament commends the West of Scotland Military Wives Choir, which is based in Helensburgh, for taking part in a 10th Anniversary concert held in Edinburgh; notes that the group was joined by a 120-strong choir from across the UK and Cyprus, and performed alongside live musicians including composer Sean Hargreaves and special guest artist Laura Wright; understands that the concert marks 10 years of the Military Wives Choir movement and showcases the structure that the Military Wives Choirs have created through the power of singing; appreciates the work the group does to spread the word to other wives, sisters, daughters, and mothers of serving personnel and veterans of the valuable support network that the choir offers, and wishes the organisation every success for the future.
