That the Parliament congratulates the Ayrshire-based property management company, Pillow Partners, on being selected to take part in a major transatlantic leadership programme for growing businesses; understands that the Catalyst programme, created by Entrepreneurial Scotland, uses crowdfunded bursaries to provide leaders in business with access to innovative tools to help them boost their potential; further understands that the programme is supported by academic experts at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and applauds all those involved in the programme for contributing what it considers to be valuable resources to an exciting Scottish business; further applauds Pillow Partners, and its CEO, Scott Weir, for repeatedly demonstrating the “high impact” and “high potential” that the Catalyst programme requires for entry; further congratulates the company on its efforts in delivering benefits to the local community that are also necessary for admission; understands that Pillow Partners has grown to offer property management services to holiday homes and serviced apartments across Scotland and the UK, and eagerly anticipates the company's expansion in the American market; considers Pillow Partners' remarkable achievements to be a role model for others in the business community to follow, and wishes Scott and his team every success in the Catalyst programme and with all their future endeavours.
