That the Parliament is concerned at reports that two card skimming devices were discovered at an ATM at the Morrisons supermarket in Alloa on 15 December 2018; advises everyone to be vigilant against crime involving such devices; acknowledges that they can do this by looking out for obvious signs of tampering at ATMs and checking their bank statements carefully, reporting any irregularities, and believes that such vigilance needs to take place throughout the year, and not only during the festive season.
