That the Parliament welcomes the decision by West Dunbartonshire Council to provide CPR and first aid training for all secondary school pupils; understands that the local authority's secondary schools will work with the British Heart Foundation to introduce its Call Push Rescue programme, and considers that this important initiative will give pupils a lifelong skill and has the potential to save lives.
