That the Parliament congratulates Heart and Sound in Dunfermline on receiving £49,350 in funding from the Big Lottery Fund’s Young Start fund; understands that this money will be used to develop the group's existing community recording studio; welcomes Heart and Sound’s commitment to nurturing musical creativity in Fife’s young people; believes that music and the expressive arts are vital to the development of Scotland’s young people, and wishes the project all the best for the future.
