To ask the Scottish Government how many affordable homes have been built under section 75 agreements in each year since 2011, broken down by local authority area.

The answer

Information is published on housing completions at local authority level split by private, local authority, housing association as well as all social sectors. This data does not however record whether the units have been delivered as a result of a S75 planning obligation:
