Good morning, and welcome to the 22nd meeting of the Education, Children and Young People Committee in 2023. I welcome Liam Kerr and Michelle Thomson, who are joining us as new members of the committee, replacing Stephen Kerr and Bob Doris respectively. We thank Stephen Kerr and Bob Doris for their work and engagement as members of the committee. Our first item of business is to invite Mr Kerr and Ms Thomson to declare any relevant interests.
