I support Jackie Baillie's view. However, I note that the response from Capability Scotland raises the point that she mentioned and says that the approach that funders take"makes it very difficult for innovative initiatives like Mr Clark's to emerge, unless Mr Clark was prepared to work with another organisation to take forward his ideas."We should ask Mr Clark for his response to that point and to the other responses that the committee received.
