Decision Time
That concludes decision time. I would just like to say that, in about one and a half minutes, a reception, which I am to chair, for the consular corps, who have been invited to the Parliament, will begin. If we had not changed our standing orders, we would have had to wait for about an hour outside while the members’ business debate took place, so I am glad that the Parliament agreed to that change.
