Sorry, but when we considered the negative instrument—the Environmental Protection (Wet Wipes Containing Plastic) (Scotland) Regulations 2026—I failed to be clear. I want to know whether the committee agrees that it does not wish to make any recommendation in relation to the instrument. I had not asked that question.We will write to the Scottish Government about the issues that we have raised, but does the committee agree that we wish to make no recommendation on the instrument apart from those comments?Members indicated agreement.
