Our next item of business is consideration of a negative Scottish statutory instrument that was held over from last week. Members will note that there was a change to the agenda for today and that there is no longer a motion to annul for us to consider. I am grateful to the Scottish Government, HMICS and the Scottish Police Federation for the additional information that we received earlier this week.Do members wish to make any comments in relation to the instrument?
