The first is motion S6M-20735, which calls for the committee to recommend approval of the draft First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Local Taxation Chamber and Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Composition and Rules of Procedure) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2026.Motion moved,That the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee recommends that the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Local Taxation Chamber and Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Composition and Rules of Procedure) (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations 2026 draft be approved.—Ivan McKeeMotion agreed to.
