Patrick Mason can explain this as well. We have a system that flags errors. For example, if an assessor submitted or lodged multiple certificates—a number that seemed high relative to their capacity to undertake physical assessments on the ground—the system would automatically flag that up and we would then investigate. If a rating from a property changed rapidly and a new certificate was lodged quickly, we would want to investigate why the rating had changed and what was driving that change.
