There are two questions to be put as a result of today’s business. The first question is, that motion S6M-18680, in the name of Richard Leonard, on behalf of the Public Audit Committee, on the 2022-23 and 2023-24 audits of the Water Industry Commission for Scotland, be agreed to.

That the Parliament notes the conclusions and recommendations contained in the Public Audit Committee’s 1st Report, 2025 (Session 6), The 2022/23 and 2023/24 audits of the Water Industry Commission for Scotland (SP Paper 783).
