I will be very brief. We support there being statements tomorrow on NHS strikes and educational attainment. However, we will not support Alexander Burnett’s amendment. We will support our own amendment, which inserts both of those statements tomorrow alongside the stage 3 of the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill.

I move amendment S6M-07367.2, to leave out “4.30 pm Decision Time” and insert

“followed by Ministerial Statement: NHS Strikes

followed by Ministerial Statement: Curriculum for Excellence Achievement Statistics

5.30 pm Decision Time”.
