Amendment 22 is a technical amendment relating to section 21(8). It deletes references to the authorised undertaker acquiring interests in land for environmental mitigation, or interests in subsoil, in relation to land that is temporarily acquired during the construction phase of the authorised works. Neither case applies under the bill.I move amendment 22.
