Good morning, colleagues. We meet today in unplanned, unexpected and rather sad circumstances to debate a motion of condolence following the death of His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh. In a moment, I will ask the First Minister and the party leaders to lead us in their contributions. Before that, I ask you all to stand and join me in one minute’s silence.
