The next item of business is consideration of two Parliamentary Bureau motions. I ask Graeme Dey to move motion S5M-19839, on designation of a lead committee, and motion S5M-19840, on approval of a Scottish statutory instrument.

Motions moved,

That the Parliament agrees that the Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee be designated as the lead committee in consideration of the Agriculture (Retained EU Law and Data) (Scotland) Bill at stage 1.

That the Parliament agrees that the Budget (Scotland) Act 2019 Amendment Regulations 2019 [draft] be approved.—[Graeme Dey]
