The next item of business is consideration of three Parliamentary Bureau motions. I ask Graeme Dey to move motions S5M-14183, on designation of a lead committee, and motions S5M-14185 and S5M-14187, on approval of Scottish statutory instruments.

Motions moved,

That the Parliament agrees that the Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee be designated as the lead committee in consideration of the Restricted Roads (20 mph Speed Limit) (Scotland) Bill at stage 1.

That the Parliament agrees that the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Treatment of Poverty and Inequality Commission and Scottish Commission on Social Security as Specified Authorities) Order 2018 [draft] be approved.

That the Parliament agrees that the Public Services Reform (Poverty and Inequality Commission) (Scotland) Order 2018 [draft] be approved.—[Graeme Dey]
