I thank Ms Lamont for her point of order. That particular recommendation of the commission on parliamentary reform is under active consideration by the Parliamentary Bureau. The bureau is the parliamentary body through which Parliament as a whole decides when issues should be brought before the Parliament—it decides parliamentary business. It will be for the Parliamentary Bureau to decide when this issue should be brought back.
