The next item of business is consideration of motion S5M-11340, in the name of Joe FitzPatrick, on behalf of the Parliamentary Bureau, on approval of a Scottish statutory instrument, and motion S5M-11341, in the name of Joe FitzPatrick, on behalf of the Parliamentary Bureau, on designation of a lead committee.

Motions moved,

That the Parliament agrees that the Budget (Scotland) Act 2017 Amendment Regulations 2018 [draft] be approved.

That the Parliament agrees that, under Rule 17.5 of Standing Orders, the Local Government and Communities Committee be appointed as lead committee on the scrutiny of the Scottish Government’s revised National Outcomes.—[Joe FitzPatrick]
