On a point of order, Presiding Officer. I seek clarification from you. Today, Parliament has clearly stated its will that the proposed national health service changes and downgrades should be called in for ministerial decision. Will the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport take this opportunity to say that she will accept the will of Parliament, recognise the mandate that she has been given and call in the changes to NHS services?
