Motion moved, That the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee recommends that the Water Environment (Amendment of Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act 1990: Contaminated Land) (Scotland) Regulations 2016 draft be approved.—Aileen McLeod. Motion agreed to.
