We initially considered the instruments last week and we now have the Subordinate Legislation Committee's report on them, which allows us to conclude our consideration. The Subordinate Legislation Committee has comments on all three instruments and members have the relevant extract from its report in their papers. Are members content with the instruments and happy to make no recommendation to the Parliament?
