Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Bill: Stage 1
Good morning, cabinet secretary. We are concerned about group licences for triathlon clubs and so on that use airguns off premises. It is not very clear, but is it your intention that the whole group be licensed or that one person in the group be the licence holder? After all, it is often younger people who have these guns at home or in other places for use in triathlons, tetrathlons or whatever it is. Are we going to license the club, the manager of the club or the person who has the gun?
