The next item of business is consideration of two Parliamentary Bureau motions. I ask Bruce Crawford to move motion S4M-02341, on approval of a Scottish statutory instrument, and motion S4M-02343, on approval of guidance.

That the Parliament agrees that the Public Services Reform (Recovery of Expenses in respect of Inspection of Independent Further Education Colleges and English Language Schools) (Scotland) Order 2012 [draft] be approved.
