“Low Carbon Scotland: Public Engagement Strategy”
I have always thought that the personal is the political anyway, so I do not have a problem with asking people to change their behaviour in that way.I will move on. The strategy states that getting people to avoid food waste and eat a healthy diet are areas where a contribution could be made to reducing household emissions. What consideration has been given to the concept of local food or slow food in the development of the strategy?
