Certainly. The member will be aware that that commitment was given when the Deputy First Minister set out the initial savings on 6 or 7 September. It is still our intention to bring forward an emergency budget review. The member will appreciate that we anticipated a fiscal statement on Monday from the UK Government, but that has now been pushed back to 17 November. As a consequence of that, we face even more uncertainty.
We will do all that we can, and we will set out what we will do in relation to considering regulation, but the reality is that on the fiscal matters that pertain to the autumn budget revision, we are in a more uncertain situation because of the decision taken by the UK Government to delay its fiscal statement.
