I thank Mr Whittle for his point of order. I have not had an opportunity to view the session to which he refers. As he will be aware, the content of ministerial answers is not ordinarily a matter for me. However, I expect, as a matter of courtesy and respect, that answers will address the questions. It is also very important that supplementary questions are linked to the substantive question.
