Health Security (EU Exit) Regulations 2021
As I said, the UK health protection committee will determine the criteria. The committee is made up of representatives from all the devolved nations as well as their health agencies, and there will be equal representation on it. There will be more detail and clarity in this area, and I hope that that will be in place by the time that this committee scrutinises the framework.
