Before you do that, I would like to ask about amendment 230. The amendment says that the requirement to provide community open space should apply to any development of four or more houses. A development of four houses is a very small development. How on earth is someone who is building only four houses meant to provide community open space in every case? You said that this is a probing amendment, so I do not know whether you intend to move it. Perhaps you could indicate that in your response.
