I do not think that I was trying to attack the Conservative Government; I was just trying to explain how the system works here. At the end of the day, it is still a cut, but the way in which the cut is experienced is different. It is implemented in such a way that some people will not realise that they are getting less now, or less than they would have done if the old system had stayed in place. However, they are still getting less.
